Scope of Work
Full Shop Drawing Review for Riyadh Metro Package 1. Our services include:
- Shop Drawing Review:
- Review of all contractor’s shop drawings and stamping for Line 1 & 2.
- Identify discrepancies and non-compliances.
- Report findings to the Contractor.
- Means and Methods Review:
- Assess the Contractor’s selected means and methods.
- Monthly Reporting:
- Issue monthly reports highlighting discrepancies and non-compliances.
- Additional Services:
- Ground Remediation
- Traffic Impact Assessments
- Utilities Management (Isolations, Diversions, and Protection)
- Utilization of Structural Engineering, Geotechnics, Drainage, Railway, and Metro Engineering
- Design, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance
- Aconex Document Management System for Retrieval and Transmittal
- Review of Management Plans, Work Processes, Tools, and Software

- Reviewed and approved 70000 shops and fabrication drawings with 18 months period. Enhance profitability of client (5X) by outsourcing to Bouw.
