Project Overview:
- The North-South Commuter Railway Project (South Line) connects the PNR Solis Station in Tondo, Manila, to the PNR Calamba Station in Laguna.
- The total length of the railway is approximately 56 kilometers.
- There are a total of nineteen (19) stations along this route.
Project Structure:
- The project is divided into seven packages.
- CP S02 is a significant part of this stretch and includes the following features:
- This stretch includes a 7.91 km elevated viaduct railway corridor.
- Seventeen (17) bridges, including:
- Steel box girders
- Balanced cantilevers
- U-bridges
- Cast-in-situ bridges
- Double-track operation capability.
- Three elevated stations.
